I knew that it was time to get TV services again. I had shut off my cable a couple of years ago because I simply could not afford to pay for it. I figured that I could get a streaming service for a fraction of the cost, but I realized I was missing a lot of the programming I enjoyed most. I could not get news programming or live sports events that way, so I decided to look into the different companies providing TV programming once my financial situation changed. That is how I found out about Windstream TV.
This company promotes Dish Network, and I was really impressed with everything that I read about this service. I had gotten so used to not watching commercials on my streaming service, and I knew that was going to be a lot to get used to with a regular TV subscription. That was my though up until I read about Dish though. I thought it was really cool that I would be able to skip over commercials on a lot of the shows that I watch. I also liked the other features of their Hopper DVR, and I knew that I was going to go with them after I saw where I would be able to record up to 2,000 hours of programming.
Sure, it would take me a very long time to watch that many shows, but I thought it would be great to actually record entire seasons and then binge watch them like I do on the streaming service. It actually helps me remember a lot more about the program this way, and I was excited that I could actually continue doing it this way. With everything I read, I knew that there was no other choice for me, and I signed up for the services that same day. It’s been a great experience so far!
